The Balti Cuisine

I'd been a regular customer at the fabulous BC since the 90s, but hadn't visited for a few years after a house move. We came last night as a group of five and I'm happy to say that it's every bit as good as it was, with the same superb standard of food and hospitality as always. To achieve such a consistent level of excellence over such a long period is testament to Mo's dedication and his own personal high standards. He's the heart of the place, but the whole team should be commended for making our visit so enjoyable. There's not much point in mentioning the food, you just need to know that whatever you order, it'll be delicious! I definitely won't be leaving it so long to come back!

I've been to this lovely restaurant 2 times so far, and the service and atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. The service is excellent and are a big credit to themselves and the restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, the chutneys, Naan breads and the rice is top notch. The curry which I like very hot is the best ones I've tasted. The East Bengal with garlic and chilli is a top recommendation on the menu with the classic choice of Indian beers to go with it. 5/5 Stars!

Absolutely stunning. I landed in Cardiff on business and were recommended The Balti Cuisine from our client Mal who has been eating here for over 20 years. Could not have added anything to my meal that would have improved it. Me and my girlfriend are planning a trip to Cardiff as an excuse for a great curry. Great meal, price & service. I had the meat Thali selection. Waiter was good enough to swap prawn for other dish as I'm intolerant to seafood.
